Terms & Conditions
Please read these before you register. Buying a ticket means agreeing to them — including that all sales are final.
Version 2026-07-26 · Effective July 26, 2026
1. About these terms
These Terms & Conditions govern the purchase of tickets to events organised by Pulse Events ("Pulse Events", "we", "us"), and your attendance at those events.
By ticking the acceptance box at checkout and completing your registration, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms — on your own behalf and on behalf of every other guest included in your order. If you are buying tickets for other people, it is your responsibility to pass these terms on to them.
2. Registration and tickets
A ticket is a personal, revocable permission to attend a specific event on a specific date. It is not a transferable good.
- Your registration is only confirmed once we have received and verified your payment in full. Submitting the form alone does not reserve a slot indefinitely.
- Each attendee is issued their own ticket with a unique QR code. That QR code is what admits them.
- Do not share, publish, or forward your QR code. Whoever presents it first at the door may be admitted, and we are not responsible for a ticket used by somebody else.
- Tickets may not be resold, offered for resale, or used for advertising, promotion, or any other commercial purpose without our written permission. We may void tickets we reasonably believe have been resold or obtained fraudulently.
- Name changes and transfers between attendees are at our sole discretion. Contact us before the event if you need one — we cannot make changes at the door.
3. Prices and payment
- All prices are quoted in Philippine Pesos and include any taxes we are required to charge.
- Card, e-wallet, and QR payments are processed by our payment provider. A convenience fee may be added at checkout depending on the payment method you choose; the total is always shown to you before you pay.
- Vouchers and discount codes are subject to their own conditions, cannot be combined unless stated, and have no cash value.
- Where payment is made by bank or e-wallet transfer, your slot is held only for the period stated at checkout. If we do not receive valid proof of payment within that window, the slot is released and may be sold to somebody else.
4. No refunds, no cancellations, no exchanges
All ticket sales are final. We do not offer refunds, cancellations, or exchanges once payment has been made.
This includes, without limitation:
- changing your mind, or no longer wanting to attend;
- being unable to attend because of illness, work, travel, weather, traffic, or any other personal circumstance;
- buying the wrong ticket type, quantity, or date;
- arriving after the event has ended, or being refused entry for a reason set out in section 6;
- failing to receive or losing your ticket email because of an incorrect email address you supplied.
Please make sure your details, ticket type, and the event date are correct before you pay.
5. If we change or cancel an event
If we postpone or reschedule an event, your ticket will automatically be valid for the new date. If you cannot attend the new date, contact us and we will discuss the options available to you.
If we cancel an event outright and do not offer a replacement date, we will refund the ticket price you paid. Convenience fees charged by the payment provider are non-refundable, as they are not retained by us.
A change to the line-up, schedule, activities, or venue layout is not a cancellation and does not entitle you to a refund.
6. Entry to the event
- Bring your QR code — printed or on your phone — and be ready to show valid ID matching the registration name.
- We may refuse entry to, or remove from the venue, anyone who is intoxicated, behaving unsafely or abusively, carrying prohibited items, or breaching the venue's rules. No refund is given in these cases.
- We may run bag checks and security screening as a condition of entry.
- Age restrictions, if any, are stated on the event page and are enforced at the door.
- Once a ticket has been scanned, it is used. Re-entry is at our discretion and subject to the venue's policy.
- We may refuse admission on a ticket whose payment has been reversed, refunded, or charged back — see section 7.
7. Chargebacks and payment disputes
If you have a problem with a charge, please contact us first. Most issues are a misunderstanding about what appears on your statement and can be sorted out quickly.
Filing a dispute or chargeback with your bank or card issuer does not cancel these terms. Where a payment is reversed, refunded, or charged back:
- every unused ticket on that order is voided immediately and will be refused at the door;
- we may decline to accept future registrations from you;
- we will contest disputes we consider unfounded, and may submit as evidence your registration details, your acceptance of these terms (including the date, time, and IP address recorded at checkout), payment and delivery records, and check-in records showing the ticket was used to enter the event.
8. Your conduct and safety
You attend the event at your own risk. You agree to follow the instructions of our staff and the venue's, and to behave in a way that does not endanger or harass anyone else.
You are responsible for your own belongings. We are not liable for property that is lost, stolen, or damaged at the event.
If you have a medical condition, allergy, or accessibility requirement we should know about, tell us in advance so we can help where we reasonably can.
9. Photography and recordings
Our events are photographed and filmed. By attending, you agree that we may use images, video, and audio in which you appear for promotional and archival purposes, without payment to you. If you would prefer not to appear, tell a member of staff at the event and we will do our best to accommodate you.
You may take photos and videos for personal use. Professional or commercial recording requires our written permission.
10. Your personal information
We collect the details you give us at registration — including your name, contact details, age, gender, emergency contact, and payment records — to process your order, admit you to the event, contact you about it, and meet our legal obligations. We share what is necessary with our payment provider and, where required, with venues and authorities.
We keep registration and payment records for as long as we need them for accounting, safety, and dispute purposes. You may contact us to ask about, correct, or request deletion of your information, subject to those obligations.
11. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited under Philippine law.
Subject to that, our total liability to you in connection with an event or a ticket is limited to the amount you paid for that ticket. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including travel and accommodation costs, if an event is changed, postponed, or cancelled.
12. Events outside our control
We are not liable for failing to hold an event because of something beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disaster, fire, flood, epidemic, government or local authority order, power failure, civil unrest, or venue closure.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your order is the one you accepted at checkout, which we record against your order and can provide to you on request.
14. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
Nothing in these terms takes away any right you have under Philippine consumer protection law that cannot be waived by agreement.
Questions about your order, these terms, or an event should go to our contact page or the email address shown in the footer of this site.
